Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ozone Myth. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Due to the COVID-19 situation deliveries can take up to 8 weeks (depending on where you live) through standard postage.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Ozone Myth ships worldwide. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is not allowed.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ArtLofter is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If your item was damaged by the courier while delivering it to you, the delivery person who handles your item has to issue a paper for you stating the damage which was done during the delivery. Please send us an email containing a copy of that statement with the pictures of the damage that was done so that we could find a solution to fix it.

Guarantee

If our goods turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised, you have the right to two years guarantee and we must repair or replace them free of charge or give you a price reduction or a full refund.
